Most venues are up and running the same day. You configure your activities, time slots, and pricing — then embed the booking widget on your website. No IT team required.
A parent books and pays for a party package. They get a unique claim link to share with guest parents. Each parent clicks the link, claims their child's spot, enters details, and signs the waiver. On the day, everyone arrives ready to play.
Waivers are built into the booking flow. When a guest books, they sign the waiver as part of checkout. For groups, each participant signs individually via the claim link. Staff see a green checkmark when waivers are complete — no paper, no tablets at the door.
